Full Stack Web Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a versatile Full Stack Web Developer to join our growing digital team. In this role, you will build and maintain high-performance websites and landing pages that support marketing campaigns, enhance user experience, and drive measurable results. You will work across both code-based and modern no-code tools, collaborating closely with designers and marketers to ship fast, conversion-focused web experiences.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain responsive websites using WordPress (Elementor), Framer, and custom-coded solutions
• Develop fast-loading landing pages optimized for performance, UX, and conversions
• Implement analytics, tracking pixels, SEO metadata, and schema markup
• Troubleshoot front-end issues using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks
• Optimize websites for Core Web Vitals, accessibility, and technical SEO
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align web builds with campaign goals
• Integrate forms, APIs, and automation tools to streamline lead capture
• Maintain hosting environments, deployments, backups, and uptime

What We're Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience in full-stack or front-end web development
• Strong knowledge of WordPress, modern JS frameworks, and responsive design
• Portfolio or live project links demonstrating real-world work
• Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced environment
